Terms of Booking

Requirements: You must be at least 21 years old and have a current drivers license to rent and operate our boats. 

Deposit & Remaining Balance: 50% deposit will be required to finalize booking. Remaining 50% will be due the day of rental pick up/delivery.

Security Deposit: An authorization hold of $1000 will be held on credit card and be released when boat is returned and an inspection is complete.  Inspections will be done at time of return with both parties present.

Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be issued to cancellations done more than 14 days before first day of reservation. If cancelled within 14 days 50% deposit will be forfeited. Extreme circumstances will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Gas Policy: Your rental will come with a full tank of gas. It is your responsibility to return it with a full tank. If you would like to use our gas service, please specify at check out and we would be happy to fill up the tank for you. The fee for this service is the cost to fill the tank, plus a $50 service fee.
