How old do you have to be to rent a boat
You must be at least 21 years old and have a current drivers license to rent and operate our boats.
Where can i take my rental?
You can take your rental to any freshwater lake or reservoir. If going outside the state of Utah other than Lake Powell, please specify at checkout.
What is your gas policy?
Your rental will come with a full tank of gas. It is your responsibility to return it with a full tank. If you would like to use our gas service, please specify at check out and we would be happy to fill up the tank for you. The fee for this service is the cost to fill the tank, plus a $50 service fee. Boat tank capacity is 65 gallons.
Do I need to decontaminate?
Yes! Decontamination is required for all watercraft and equipment that has been used in quagga infested waters, such as Lake Powell. Provide proper documentation of decontamination before rental return. Don't have time? Please reach out to us and we can arrange decontamination for a fee.
Is there a security deposit?
On the day of your reservation there will be a $1,500 for boats and/or a $750 per wave runner/jetski authorization hold which will be released upon boat return and inspection. This inspection will be done upon check in with both parties present.
What do i need to tow a boat?
A vehicle that is capable of towing a minimum of 5,200 lbs and is equipped with a hitch receiver. A two inch ball is needed and is available for a minimal fee during checkout.
What if i damage the boat?
You will be responsible for any major damage that occurs during your rental period. At pick up you will have the opportunity to identify existing damage. Photos can be taken to cover both parties.
What is included in my rental?
Each boat includes required safety equipment, life jackets, 1 wakeboard, 1 surf board and 1 towable. Each wave runner/jet ski rental includes required safety equipment and up to 4 life jackets. Life jacket sizes, upgrades and additional items can be selected during checkout.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the first day of reservation to receive a refund. All refunds will be deducted a 6.8% processing fee.
What is required at booking
Upon booking you will only be required to pay a 50% deposit. On the day of your reservation the remaining 50% will be due as well as the authorization hold for a security deposit.
